Don’t install Failover Clustering before Sysprep

Traced it back to having enabled the Failover Cluster feature before I sysprepped a virtual machine. Don’t do this! It creates the duplicate address problem.
The validation fails when you run a cluster validation wizard for a Windows Server 2008 cluster.
